CUSTOMER SERVICE – CANCELLATION &  REFUND FORM (C&R Form)

 

In this C&R form the words “you”, “your”, and “yours”, refer to you, as the individual who authorized the Money Plus Saver Membership order application process.  The words “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Money Plus Saver.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • By contacting our customer service department at http://moneyplussaver.com/ by email or by calling (818) 528-4502 during regular business hours 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F (PST), you can cancel your processing fee within three (3) days of your order authorization, in which case your bank account will not be debited.

 

Refund Policy:

  • If you do not cancel your order:  Three (3) days after completing the order application process, your order will be automatically processed and you must then contact our customer service department to request a refund.  A full refund of your processing fee $89.00 will be made if a request is received within 5 days after the date that you receive your bank statement showing the processing fee payment of $89.00 being debited from your bank account.  We will request a copy of your bank statement showing the deducted funds and bank statement date.  Please allow up to thirty (30) days for any qualifying refund to be returned from the date we verify in our system that your payment was received by us.

 

No refund will be given for requests made beyond 5 days after the receipt of your bank statement or if you have received and activated your membership.

 

You may cancel future monthly $19.95 membership fees, at anytime, but will not be refunded for previous or current month(s) fees.

 

Money Plus Saver is not responsible for any NSF fees charged to you by your bank.  You authorized the debiting of your bank account; therefore, Money Plus Saver is not responsible for any overdraft fees charged by your bank or incurred by you due to draft attempt(s).

 

Remember:

  • If, and only if, a refund is granted to you by us for your processing fee payment of $89.00, a refund to you will be made by crediting the same bank account and routing number you gave to authorize your membership order.  Please allow up to thirty (30) days, after we confirm your payment of $89.00 as received by us before any qualifying refund can be issued to you through the bank account you gave and authorized on your membership order.

 

If you contact us to cancel your membership order within the proper time, as stated above, please return this C&R form along with a copy of your bank statement as soon as possible.  If your cancellation request is approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the initial application & processing fee of $89.00.

 

You must agree to the following if you receive a refund from us:

  • You agree to not pursue any “chargeback” refund with your bank in addition to receiving a refund from us.
  • You agree to release us and any and all of our affiliates from any and all financial liability.
  • You agree to forfeit any and all rights entitled to you under our Anti-Fraud & Securities Procedures.

 

If you pursue and receive a “chargeback” refund with your bank in conjunction with receiving a refund from us, we will immediately inform your bank of your contradictory acts.  We will pursue any and all legal remedies available to us.

Please write in your information exactly as you gave and authorized it at time of your order.  In order for us to review your request your order information and this form must contain matching information.   Upon arrival of your documentation (include both this c&r form along with your bank statement date) your request will be reviewed and we will contact you within a week with the status.
